Starting monday I'm eating sensibly and excerising more. 13.5 stone is a bit too much for me, need to get back in shape now! No more mr lazy pants!

got a bit too complacent so I'm back on the bags and mitts tomorrow, along with 7am runs.
Coach has someone for me to fight for our next inter-gym event so I'd best crack on as it's only 5 weeks away (love his last-minute organising).
