High reps is good for cardio and endurance, but not for building strength. For strength its low reps max being 6 around there. For size its 8-15 any higher its endurance.

Bodyweight is good but you will be limited to the amount of strength increases you can gain.

Things like plyometrics are good for explosive power. Single handed chins, dips, pressups, hand stand pressups are all good for strength up until a certain point.

At some point weight training will be needed though. You cant expect bit gains with pure bodyweight regimes.
