Hey guys,

I have had some time off due to an extremely heavy day this last saturday.

I decided to put myself through the ringer because I missed practice. I was using my 30-pound resistance cord for a nice workout.

I ended up doing sets of 10 curls 5-seconds rest 10 more for a cycle of 100.

I did sets of 25 squats 10 second rest for a cycle of 100.

I did 3-quick sets of 6 80-pound overhead press.

For the entire workout I punched out 500 curls, 500 squats and 180 overhead press.

Today was the first day where I didn't feel pain in my arms,legs or shoulders.
