Regardless of what my signature picture is, Jon Jones is my motivation right now. I will be training extra hard because of him I won't lie. He has been fighting for 3 years and is now the UFC LHW champion, that is HUGE motivation for me.
On other days my motivation is not getting my ass kicked. I think to myself "Are you really going to slow down? Are you really feeling tired? What if he isn't? What if hes more prepared? Hes going to kick your ass"
