New to forums, need help plz
I';m from LA, 17 years old, 6'2", 185 and im trying to get in better shape. My body fat percentage is 14%. I've been working out for a while but there's sometihng I'm doing wrong because I dont see much of an improvement in my body.
My goal is to improve my cardio, grow muscles, and maintain a healthy lifestyle as a teen and an adult. I took MMA classes for a few months but had to quit due to back problems.
I tend to eat as healthy as I possibly can, avoid junk food and make sure my foods are all rich in protein. I need to find workout plans, diet plans, and some motivation to get me to reach my goals. My main goal is to look like an MMA fighter. i need help to choose a workout plan and I need to eat better than I currently am. I'm not a genius when it comes to working out so i need some help. It will be greatly appreciated.
