My routine changes a lot. I dont do mant weights anymore but when I did it was just the main lifts.
Bench press, squat, deadlift
All low reps from 1-5
I did other things too like over head press, bar curls, tricep pulldowns and so on just to throw in a mix.
I would try to do 2-3 sessions a week of weights.
But despite common oppinions you dont have to weight train all the time. Most of my club dont bother and they are all very sucesful in mma and bjj.
