Try functional training

Functional training regimes such as CrossFit or Movenat are the perfect compliments to MMA. They provide workouts that include full range of motion and produce some of the fittest people in the world. If you are in Toronto, check out LP Fitness Co-op at Dundas West. They have an awesome funtional training gym and work well with MMA Fighters!!!
