Short answer = Kids.
Long answer - I have a casita that I've turned into my gym and memorabilia room. Now that the kids are older they want to use it as there game / hang out room. This forces me to make room for pool tables couches tv and gaming systems. I've already sold the tread mill, weight bench and some other stuff.
and, Like previously posted I'm keeping a lot of the items that are addressed to me personally.
