Medium Term Goal : Win my next fights - June 4th & July 16th.
Goals last week:
-3 Grappling Classes SUCCESS
-1 Striking Class SUCCESS
-3 Heavybag/Shadowbox sessions FAIL
-2 Pads or sparring with partner FAIL
-1 GSP Workout Day SUCESSS
-Finish "Roy Dean's Blue Belt Requirements" FAIL
-Find a torrent for "Ryan Hall's Back Attacks" SUCCESS
-Week 2 of drinking 7 Litres of water everyday to finish water loading for a practice weight cut SUCCESS
-Do a drop in at Mamba's MMA for an evening FAIL
Didn't have it as a goal this week, but got my burpees in. Lacking in solo/partner striking time. Was tough to book time in with the training partner but that's no real excuse, I should be working on my own. Having trouble finding motivation to watch BJJ instructionals when I do get spare time. Waiting on the drop in to Mamba's for when Kajan trains there.

-Practice weight cut- Water Cutting starts on wednesday, pretend weigh in will be on friday evening. The pretend fight will be my saturday workout.
