Water cut in half, weight pre water cut is 209.4lbs and 11.8% b/f. Last day of taking creatine.
Goals of the practice water cut:
- Experiment with how much weight I can cut
- See how dramatic of a diet is necessary for 190 and 185. I like food.
-See how taking creatine right up to the water cut affects things.
That said, good luck with the cut. It's a different experience for everyone. Take it at your own pace. Don't try to push it too hard.
