Muay Thai

Like half an hour each on pads. Then hopping around on one foot. The sparring. Did better in sparring today, and thankfully barely ate any leg kicks. I drank a little more than my 1.5L water limit today - water cutting isn't meant to be mixed with 2 hour muay thai classes.
