-2 Muay Thai Classes
-1 MMA Class
-2 Sparring Sessions
-2 Padwork Sessions
-2 Shadowboxings/Heavybag Session
-1 GSP Workout
-1 Burpee Session
-Finish "Roy Dean's Blue Belt Requirements"
-Track Diet daily with Myplate, stay at target calories (2900)
