Hi, I am new here & this is my first post.
I am 5'8", 180lbs. Goal is to lose weight.
Here is the usual schedule to my routine. Let me know what you think and where I could make better changes.
10am: 1cup Kashi, 1 cup skim milk, 2 boiled eggs (440 calories, 28g protein, 52g carb, 13g fat)
12pm: workout #1 kickboxing
1pm: sip on PWS (360 calories, 24g protein, 38g carb, 1g fat)
2pm: 2 eggs, 3tbsp oatmeal (250 calories,13g protein, 18g carb, 12g fat)
4pm: 1 slice bread, 1 boca burger, 1 tbsp pb, 1 serving sandwich pack (400 calories, 38g protein, 41g carb, 13g fat)
6pm: jiu jitsu
8pm: 1/2 cup brown rice, canned/baked chicken/tuna, 1.5 cup veg, 1 apple/banana (480 calories, 40g protein, 66g carb, 1g fat)
10pm: 1 yogurt, 1 stringster, 1 orange (300 calories, 23g protein, 43g carb, 6g fat)
Total - 2230 calories, 166g protein, 258g carb, 46g fat
Your diet plan is fine with missing of few items.I recommend citrus fruits like lemons, oranges, guava, grapefruit, papaya, sweet lime, tangerines and tomatoes are rich in Vitamin C whioch contain fat burning properties. Foods containing Mushrooms,chillies or cayanne pepper are considered to be as foods that burn fat.Green tea and Fish oil also reduces fat in our body.All the best.
