Its all myth sorry to pop the bubble. Just like the one inch punch that many martial arts practitioners claim is possible. Funny how they can never even remotely come close. Bruce Lee would have gotten beaten by Royce Gracie or Dan Severn never mind what the guys in the UFC today would do to him.
