I plan on going and doing the plasma on monday and going for a cardio session that night.
tuesday I don't about yet, I could go to the gym or take a day of rest.
Wednesday I'll do a late night cardio session at the track.
Thursday gym night.
Friday day of rest or gym up in the air...
Saturday I would like to do a cardio session at the track
Sunday, church and then softball at 9pm yea a late game..
