Hey guys, I am sorry I haven't updated in awhile now.

I have been getting frustrated with my computer crashing.

I have some good news, I am on the road to war! I am entering in my very first jiu-jitsu tourney on the 9th of july.

For about a month now I have been on a reduced calorie diet and I believe I am starting to see the dividends paying off. I would like to see the fat melt away but pounds are pounds!

I went in for a plasma donation today and hit 170.5, I've been seeing a 177,76,74,72 and the 70.5 today over my five visits so far.

I am fairly positive my dry weight is around 164-66 currently.

I would ideally like to drop 2-4 more pounds via the diet prior to the water cut if it would be possible so I don't experience a horrible amount of water loss during the 1st official water cut I'll be making ending on the 8th of july.

I doubt 5-pounds of water weight would be too horrid to loose and recover.

Throughout life there are bumps along the way some may be painful...others not...who gives a damn in the end you'll still die
