I like my HTC incredible and a quick Google search will find the answers to just about any android questions so its not too hard to figure out most phones but some of the android phones are gimp and even the best android phones have some buggy U/I's. Its still one step behind the Iphone but I hate apple.
HTC puts out other top phones but I'll wait for the Incredible 2 before I switch.
