I apologize if this has already been posted but I am trying to find a good Lean muscle diet plan that works good with the constant cardio MMA training.
My goal is to get lean and lower my body fat percentage.
Minimum of 1 gram per pound of lean body mass, complex carbs only, cut out your sugars/junk (including fruit juices).
Basic stuff, really. Augment your protein consumption if you think you're losing too much muscle mass.
