Assistance Work
Decline Weighted Sit-ups: 5,5,5@10lbs
Weighted Hyper-extensions: 12,12,12@b/w+10lbs

Workout B today. Depressingly low weights and I still felt tired and dizzy by the end of it. I blame the concussion. Weights slightly up next time. Still sitting around 202lbs. My face almost looks normal again.
