Conditioning
I went back to the track last night,
Did a circuit training session:
1 lap sprint, yoga (5 dive-bomb pushup),30 seconds deep lunge, upside down v 30 seconds.
25 pushups, 25 directional crunches and 10 tire upends.
I did this 4 times.
