I wanted to let you guys know, that I went in and had my dietitian give me this test today.
She shocked me greatly today,
Apparently if I do nothing currently I burn off 2,510 calories/daily.
With all of my regime for training with my goal of cutting to 155 I should take in 3,200, currently I have been maintaining a diet of 2,000 with all of the needed nutrients.
I think I will go and do a body mass index testing prior to my weight cuts in the future.
