Squats 5,5,5 @215lbs
Bench Press 5,5,5 @165lbs
Deadlift 5 @225lbs
Dips 8,8,8@b/w+10lbs
Hyper Extensions @b/w+15lbs
Weights up all around, feeling stronger.
