Military Press: 5,5,5@105lbs
Chinups: 8,7,4@b/w+5lbs
Hyper Extensions 8,8,8 @b/w+20lbs

Weights up, still feeling stronger but I also still get dizzy during workouts. Will start experimenting with classes soon.
