Day 2 (wednesday)
Gym day - Chest & Triceps.
Iv had one of the trainers do me a little workout programme to try to get me started building my strength & fitness.
4x12 - Bench press
4x12 - DB flyes
4x12 - Dips
4x12 - Tricep pushdown
to finish off i did some cardio.
10 mins on the rowing machine with 1 minute intervals of everything i got then 30 seconds rest slow rowing. keep repeating this till the 10 minutes are up.
Then 10 minutes on the running machine at the end.
Can tell i havent trained in a while could feel it but glad to be back in there.
