Mon 7-04: rested
Tue: 7-04 rested. I haven't had much desire to eat the past couple of days, I hope that'll resolve once I get back on track working out. I am down in the dumps big time.
Wed: rested.
Thur: Judo tonight. I may take a short run early this afternoon. EDIT: 3 mile run will hopefully be a good warmup for judo. I don't do all that great in the heat, and I only wear a singleweave. It isn't that I mind sweating, I don't mind a bit, I just get kind of nauseated if I'm working hard and it's hot.
Fri: rested
Sat: 1/2 hour of judo due to a soccer game I had to be at, or be a bad mom.
Sun: rested
