Well im looking to start some form of martial art. I have absolutely no experience in trained fighting. Im 21, 5"8 and probs 2 or 3 stone overweight at 13.5st (189lb) due to too much beer and cigs. I want to get fit and toughen up, been looking at Muay Thai and I like the look of it. Question is, do I join a gym, do a shitload of cardio then start...or jump right in and join Muay Thai classes? Thanks guys
