There's one thing MORE important then exercise and it's diet, if you eat right your abs will show, keep up the rest of that your doing and you will be fine.
Haha, how could I forgot that. I eat heathly, not much junk food. Though I always don't eat three meals a day.. Like I should.... But I do have a good diet.
You can tell I'm active but I want a more. My arms, legs and abs.
