The funny thing is, I already have a career and make pretty good money for someone my age so the school thing isn't even necessary. It was just something I should have done a couple years ago but I didn't. I'm finally getting to it now.
Things should calm down at work within the next 6 months or so (hopefully) once we hire a few more guys. My department seems they would rather pay overtime for minimum staffing than benefits for new employees. Apparently overtime is cheaper. They say that's supposed to change soon but we'll see.
