Hunger in regards to dieting.
Hello everyone. First I'd like to say that I've been a long time reader of this forum and have now recently decided to finally make an account.
For my first post I'd like to know is it common to always be hungry when dieting?
I try to eat more smaller meals through the day, but for some reason I always seem to be hungry. Is this a sign that maybe I should eat more?
