Honestly hunger is the hardest thing to deal with while dieting. Your brain is used to x amount of food, and if you decrease that amount its like "da fux brah? where mah food at?" and you experience hunger in excess of what you actually need.
There are pretty much two ways to handle it, either A. be a super badass and say I don't even give a f*ck, or B. look into a supplement/substance that is or contains a hunger suppressant. Coffee, and Oxyelite Pro off the top of my head come to mind.
