Tue: 3.5 mile run
Wed: 2 mile run, 15 min stepmill, 10 min bike
Thur: Judo; countering drills and a lot of cardio, and a lot of fun.
Fri: 1 hour pad work.
Sat: Judo, same class but shorter, so I got on the stepmill for 20 min and the bike for 15 min afterward. Not as nervous as I was about testing in a week, although I'll probably be a wreck that morning.
