Tonights workout
rd1- 60
rd2- 55
rd3- 53,179bpm
rd4- 55, 185bpm
rd5- 59, 191bpm 94%
shadow boxing for 10 minutes.

I felt alot better than I did on day one. And I didn't throw up! 1 step at a time.
