@ trinitarian - I got into this sport at 42, 3 1/2 years ago. As you've probably figured out by now, 20 is alot different then 32. Make allowances for it during your recovery time. Things like ice baths and saunas will help alot. Take really good care of your muscles and joints. Lastly, don't forget about diet.. Its huge.
