Sorry to let you down but you can't target fat. You lose fat by consuming less calories then your maintain limit. For example I can't lose my belly fat yet but all my other body parts are slowly losing. It all depends on where the body decided to burn fat to use as energy.
Your face will tone down eventually, just dont give up and eat about 500 calories less than your maintain limit as well as working out and it will disappear in no time!
