They were from bookmaker, the first ones I saw available. A lot of places have even odds now, and like you said Hendo as the favorite in a couple (Sportbook and Bodog). I'll change them now, and just use whichever odds I see that are the best for each guy. (The best at giving us the most payback, not the odds that make them look the best themselves)
