Life of a Senior
I was loaded down with homework today so I couldn't get in as much as I wanted too but I still got a lil something in.
3x5min rounds of skipping
3x5min rounds of shawdow boxing
I also worked on my teeps some.
Also I just got a new jump rope and I plan on getting another one if I can fix this one.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to straighten out a jump rope? I have hung it up and added a little weight to it and also heated it up. It has straightened out a little but it still isn't perfect. Any suggestions on how to straighten it out would be appreciated.
Can't wait to start training hard again tomorrow!
