Each body part that you work on should get at least one days rest before you work on it again. Don't over work them when you do work out. You can get a good weight training workout on the internet. Remember, your muscles grow most, when resting.
Take 2 cans of baked beans and keep them with you at all times. Every spare moment you can exercise with the cans, letting your biceps have an all-round workout.

bicep workouts : A bear, however hard he tries, grows tubby without exercise.
