Repeat cycle 3 times, rest 90 seconds (every bodyweight excer. done to failure)

Diets cleaned up and I'll be leaning out now. Healthier eating is making me feel better. Caffeine almost completely eliminated, giving me more level energy levels throughout a day and getting proper sleep at night. Drinking almost completely out. Attending at least a few classes a week. Still not in the full swing of things but I'm moving in the right direction.
