Here's an update for this weekend. I took yesterday off as my rest day and then today I just did a simple strength training session with a few rounds of rope and then I worked legs, chest, and back.
I've also been trying to eat a minimum of 4,000 calories daily since this past week in attempt to pack on more weight.
Tomorrow I head back to The Academy and I start off the week with BJJ and I couldn't be more stoked on it!
