One thing that wasn't mentioned yet. You need to be REAL careful when you start going 2 hrs 5 days a week. With poor cardio and having not trained in a while, you're much more suceptible to an injury. I admire what you're doing and I'd hate to see your shot derailed because you got hurt. keep us posted and good luck!
