Go ahead? I'm sure a mod will come in here and tell you this EXACT story.
CC made a new account and SAID he had a mods permission to make a new account. When another mod was like "Woah, why didn't I know about this?" So they temp banned him to figure out which mod was the one who gave him permission. No mod said they gave him permission, thus resulted in a perma ban.
