Yes, you are right, there are no weight limits as far as im concerned. But i think losing a little weight might help me with the sprint.
I have been a police officer for 10 years now. I have always been into fitness and staying in shape since I was 18 years old. I am currently 39 years old. Let me give you some good advice. Dont be concerned with losing weight. I have been involved in hundreds of altercations of the years and let me tell you that muscle and strength are WAY more assests to have as an officer than endurance. Now that does not mean to give up on your cardio but my advice is to stay at a solid 215 rather than to drop down to an average 185lbs. You will find that being able to take someone to the ground with weight and stength will be more beneficial.
