I'd have to go with knees. They are much more dense than the elbow. Plus, take into consideration how much force you can bring with the knee in the clinch - pulling the head down while bringing that knee up....WOW. Force.

I mean c'mon...anyone recall the NASTY cut Vitor gave Eastman at UFC 43? My point exactly. Just my two cents.
