Maybe they should spend a little less type coming up with elaborate plans to find drugs, and a little more time trying to find ways to pull the U.S.A. out of the number 23 spot in public education accross the world.
These people should be ashamed of themselves.
Nothing will change until teachers and their respective unions start caring more about test scores than the size of their own benefit packages. In any normal environment, if someone under-performs you fire them and bring in someone who can do the job right. I for one have never heard of any teacher being fired for anything other than misconduct. So until teachers truly feel like performance is a requirement for retaining their job, nothing will change.
