Well I'm not a licensed fighter but my sensei is one of the most decorated judo/bare knuckle fighters to compete and as a student I can tell you this post is just false.
Did you mean tkd? I mean some fighters can make it work but the average person is better served utilizing a form that is more adapt to mma.
