things are going slightly better now, that I've rested a few days.
I am having issues with balling up my right fist, it's putting a fair amount of strain on the knuckle on the fist.
I have better grip strength I can grab a blanket now...
Fortunately I can do my overhand diamond pushups without any pain in the hands. I figure if I have two weeks where I can't do much in the way of lifting I'll hit my core and lunges.
