I was shocked when I stepped on a scale today when I was at my grandparents home. It read 190, this is the heaviest I've ever weighed in my life.
It should be interesting to drop back to around 170 soon. I highly doubt I could drop from 90 to 55 easily, so I'll just have to work more on my cardio and lifting.
