Going to run in a little while. I'm fairly pleased with the shape I'm in, but there's always room for improvement, and I think my kru could get me an ammy MT fight whenever I wanted it, not that I'm anywhere near up to it atm. I miss judo a lot, but I love MT and BJJ so very, very much.
I'm actually going to a somewhat normal work shift in two weeks. My first priority is to get back on my old workout track.

All the reviews I've found talk them up pretty big. I'm training for a desert run in a couple months. I can't wait to use these things. If they work half as good as people are saying it will drastically improve my training.
