Thinkin about going on a Slow Carb diet to drop a quick stone. I'm not exactly fat, but am a tiny bit overweight right now and not diggin it. I'm 5'10 and 180 pounds or so. I think dropping 15-20 pounds would do me the world of good, looks wise and health wise.
I excercise daily anyways I just eat like I a ******* champ. Anyone have any advice on these fast fat loss diets?
