I went through a modified yoga routine yesterday and today. I'm trying to get my mind back in the game.
Everything I'm focusing on right now is on my legs.
I am wanting better movement on my thai kicks.
I put in 8 minutes of stretching on the stairs, 1 minute stretch points at 3 and 4 stairs high. For lateral and vertical height.
I did a full minute poses in each of the crane, side lunge, front lunge, side splits, and one I can't name.
I felt tight on my inside groin, but that'll go away in time.
I spent maybe 30 minutes on random stretches for my legs tonight and yesterday.
Throughout life there are bumps along the way some may be painful...others not...who gives a damn in the end you'll still die
